Yes, I found that link.
My cassette isn't loose, and doesn't have a groove on the back that may indicate I needed another spacer. So believe it's installed correctly.
Going to take it back to LBS and see if they can configure it correctly. It's definitely not aligned correctly somehow.

Hi Thanks for the reply. Appreciate it's a bit abstract. The bike is new, less than 2 months old. So whilst the cassette on the trainer is technically newer than the bike, it's not by much. So I don't expect it's an old-chain-new-cassette issue. Good idea about swapping the cassettes. Any experience...

Hi all, I very recently got a Flux S. Attempting to set it up with my bike, a 2021 Boardman ADV 8.9 with 2x 10 speed Shimano cassette. I got an identical cassette for the trainer and mounted the bike using the supplied Thru axle fittings. Trainer seems to work but generates a lot of mechanical noise...
