Re: tts3 server
Unfortunately Tacx ended all support for TTS at the beginning of the year and as of the first of March, the license servers have also been shutdown for good. So unless you want to start/join in a class action lawsuit for all the RLV's they sold 2-months prior to announcing the end of support, you ar...

Re: TTS4 installation
Used to be we could go to patches.tacxdata.com but for me that page now returns a 'You do not have permission to view this directory or page.' There was a link to the full 4.23.0 installer but I did not book mark it but Mcorn or Alex may be able to help as I recall both had archived all the updates ...

Re: Tts4 with non tacx trainers?
But unfortunately it is the case that TTS4 only works with Tacx's own trainers. I think you are confusing the Tacx Desktop App which is BT with TTS. I say this because I recall there being a number of members on the old forums hosted by Tacx that used TTS with BKOOL and ELITE smart trainers via ANT...

Looks like Rouvy has added 'Group Rides' functionality with the new AR BETA.

Re: a good example ....
So I am guessing this is a by-product of Tacx turning the license servers back on for bit. I will also try it tonight, and this weekend will see if I can find time to trace the network exchange with the Tacx server to see what payloads are exchanged.

Also liked Road Grand Tours original desktop BETA which still worked a couple weeks ago with the caveat that since the change to the mobile app, I no longer 'see' any other riders on Cap Formentor. I also have monthly subscriptions for BigRingVr and Rouvy, and lately have been using the new Rouvy AR...

Bringing this back to the top as I am curious if importing RLV's will work while Tacx has the license server's turned back on?

Re: Anyone know how to 'copy' a TTS user from one computer to another
Can you switch users? Creating a new user and copying the applicable files would definitely be the best option but while I was phaffing about this past weekend trying to figure out what happened to the map on my Garmin Edge 1030, when I opened TTS, I was unable to recall how to add new users since I...

Thanks Mal. I have licensed installs of TTS 4 on 3 computers (2 laptops and a desktop), but the wife's user profile was only downloaded on the desktop and one of the two laptops.

Re: Unable to get any response from TACX
Our servers were created about 12 years ago we have started with version 1 until now version 4. These servers didn't match with the new law. Now I really have to ask what about the 'servers' didn't match the new laws? Was Tacx running outdated and/or un-patched servers for which it was easier to po...

Anyone know how to 'copy' a TTS user from one computer to another
Since I don't think the license servers handle user data and the Bikenet servers are long gone, thus not possible to import an existing user, nor create a new one, does anyone recall the steps to 'copy' a TTS user from TTS on computer A to TTS on computer B?

But this also gives us incredible accuracy to record even the slightest undulations that would be hidden if filming at speed or with a GPS/barometric recorder. This is something I have really come to appreciate since the 'demise' of TTS 4. During our Tuesday evening trainer rides, I was using Rouvy...

Re: Unable to get any response from TACX

After visiting the Garmin support page, I note a wizard like interface that allows you to open a support ticket with Garmin/Tacx. Furthermore, afte...

Re: TDA & Ant+
If you go to the official ANT+ website of compliant devices and click on "Tacx" you will see that none of the older non-Smart trainers are listed. They are not considered ANT+ compliant. https://www.thisisant.com/directory/ Seems rather ironic considering that Garmin owns both Tacx.com an...

I have used a Flow Smart and Vortex Smart with TDA up to about 6 months ago. I think we are confusing the issue/questions. As I mentioned above, my understanding is that although Tacx has updated TDA to allow connecting cadence, speed, and HR sensors via ANT+, they have not yet implemented ANT+ FE-...

I ride with TTS on an MSI gaming laptop with an NVidia video card which was considered one of the best gaming laptops at the time it was purchased. Re: Problem updating software satori
Keep in mind these are user forums that are not affiliated with Tacx or Garmin, and although the user base is comprised of many long time owners of Tacx products and possess quite a bit of knowledge, in this case you will probably need to submit a support ticket to Garmin. Visit Garmin Support , sel...

No experience of this happening, music playing in background hasn't affected it... Re: Serveur TTS4
Although I did not run a WireShark trace, after a review of the config file I can deduce that TTS most likely uses JSON to send/receive corresponding ride to the server which then posts the race in the list of the other TTS clients which in turn download them when connecting to a multiplayer ride. A...

Re: Serveur TTS4
I guess I could get proactive and use WireShark or Ethereal to make a network trace to see what kind of traffic TTS is trying to conduct with the multiplayer server, might even get lucky and 'sniff' out something like a JSON payload TTS try's to send to the server.

I'm one of those who bought the TTS 4 Version and used it for the Fortius Trainer and for some reason not used it for a period. Re: Serveur TTS4
And why be limited only to this? It is necessary to raise the question of selling the rights to the TTS4 itself and its further development. Would be nice if Tacx would consider making the TTS code base open source, but I suspect Tacx would not be happy if an open source version of TTS started to e...
