When I switched on my 'turbo' computer this afternoon after swapping the monitor I was greeted with the message that the program wouldn't start. It was asking me for the license key, but wouldn't allow the one I had before. I spoke with Garmin support and whilst talking with them I clicked on "Close" and suddenly the program was actually running, so I logged in as normal.
But I noticed that neither the head unit, a T1932, nor the brake, an i-Magic, were registered, they both still had red crosses.
The result is that whilst all the data on my previous rides is there in Analyser I can't start a new ride in Catalyst.
My computer recognises that there is a VR_Interface attached, but it doesn't seem to know what it is. It says Jungo in Device Manager with both VR_Interface & WinDriver listed.
Does anybody have any ideas how to reconnect to the head unit & brake? THANKS.
The change of monitor may not be the cause of the problem, as Windows 10 had also updated since my last ride. In fact the more I think about it, this is probably the cause of the problem.
