We would like to thank the Sindh and Punjab police, who have looked after us throughout our entire trip through Pakistan. Thank you to the hundreds of policemen we have met for not only safeguarding our security (in person as well as on the road, by blocking other traffic), but also for acting as tourist guides, providing us meals and accommodation (sometimes in police stations if nothing was available in town), assisting with bike repairs, helping us on a few occasions with badly constructed roads, acting as translators, guiding us in and out of towns (which was difficult for us since we cannot read the local script!), haggling on our behalf with restaurant and hotel owners, and for generally being great friends and companions on the way. We will never forget you and the kindness and hospitality you have shown us!
